Step 1: Complete a Health Survey

Duration: 5 minutes

Start by completing a brief online survey. This helps our licensed doctors understand your medical history and assess whether a telemedicine consultation is clinically appropriate for you.

Your information is encrypted and managed strictly in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

During the survey, you can indicate your preferred areas of care. A doctor will review your responses before making any treatment recommendations.

As part of this step, you will be required to securely upload a photo of your NRIC/FIN. In accordance with MOH (HCSA) regulations, high-fidelity identity verification is mandatory for all telemedicine consultations in Singapore.

Step 2: Telemedicine Consultation

A Singapore-licensed doctor will review your survey responses within 24 hours. If clinically appropriate, you will have a video consultation via WhatsApp with the doctor.* During the consultation, you may:

• Discuss your symptoms and medical history in a private setting.
• Ask questions about potential management and treatment options.
• Receive professional guidance and a diagnosis based on the clinical assessment.

Consultation Fees:

• New consultation: $25
• Repeat consultation (for one-time orders): $25

Follow-up consultation requirements: A follow-up may be recommended or required in the following scenarios to ensure your continued safety:

• Your last consultation was more than 6 months ago.
• There have been changes in your health conditions or other medications.
• You are requesting bulk or special prescriptions.
• At the doctor’s professional discretion based on clinical necessity.

*Note: In accordance with the Healthcare Services Act (HCSA), all licensed telemedicine providers in Singapore are required to conduct a video consultation to verify the patient’s identity and clinical suitability before issuing a prescription.

Step 3: Prescription Delivery or Self Pick-Up

Delivery

• Prescribed medications or testing kits are delivered in plain, Discreet Packaging to ensure your total privacy.
• Delivery is arranged only after a Singapore-licensed doctor confirms your clinical suitability and issues a prescription.
• Delivery times vary by location. Same-day delivery may be available under certain conditions.
• All deliveries follow strict MOH guidelines for the transport of therapeutic products, ensuring your medication arrives in optimal condition.

Self Pick-Up

• Orders can be collected from our clinic at Midview City.
• Collection is scheduled once the doctor confirms the prescription.
• Available if your order and consultation are confirmed before 4 PM.

All collection and delivery options comply with HCSA and PDPA standards for patient privacy and medical safety.

Step 4: Re-Prescription & Ongoing Care

• If clinically appropriate, you may arrange for repeat prescriptions. To ensure your continued safety, repeat prescriptions are issued only after a medical review by your Singapore-licensed doctor.
• Subscription options are available to automate your refills and manage the timing of follow-up shipments. You can pause or adjust your plan via your account dashboard.
• You may discuss any changes to your treatment plan, dosage, or side effects with your doctor during any follow-up consultation.
• Prescription intervals and fees vary depending on your specific condition and are determined by your doctor’s clinical assessment.

All prescriptions and renewals are issued in strict accordance with MOH (HCSA) medical regulations and the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) Ethical Code.

Dr Bosty Chan is a Telemedicine specialist and general practitioner. He did his medical training in the United Kingdom, Aberdeen, before returning to Singapore in 2016 as a Ministry of Health Sponsorship recipient. He was attached to a wide range of specialties in all the major hospitals in Singapore. He developed a strong interest in surgical training, and obtained his Membership at the Royal College of Surgeon (MRCS) in Edinburgh in 2018.

Dr Bosty has pride himself as a clinician-innovator. He left the public service in 2020 to establish Cloud Health, a dedicated digital health and telemedicine service in Singapore. He believes that healthcare is going through a digital transformation, and along with his Co-Founder, Hazel, is building the future for healthcare online.
