A 2026 review of the available clinical evidence reported weight reductions of up to approximately 24.3% at 36 weeks with subcutaneous Amycretin and up to 13.1% at 12 weeks with oral Amycretin. These figures come from clinical research and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed result for an individual patient. 

The results are encouraging, but Amycretin is still being studied. Larger and longer Phase 3 trials are needed to establish its longer-term effectiveness, safety, appropriate dosing and place in routine obesity treatment.
