Are we a walk-in clinic?

We do not take walk-ins at the moment as all first time consultations are via telemedicine.

Depending on the doctor’s request, you may be required to come in on an appointment-only basis. Our clinic is designed for pick-ups. This helps to ensure privacy for our clients.

What is the process of getting my medication?

We have a four-step process for picking up medication that is convenient, easy and quick. Here’s how we keep the process discreet, convenient and safe.

For in-person pick-ups, you would need to be present in person, with your identification for verification. As our medication is prescribed to a specific person, it’s not possible to designate another person to pick it up on your behalf.

I urgently need my medication, how fast can I get them?

All orders are inclusive of free delivery which means receiving your products within 3 working days. If you require your medication even faster, we also offer additional delivery options:

All first-time orders are required to do a video consultation as per MOH requirements. First-time orders will only be processed after the consultation.
