Orders are processed after medical approval from your Cloud Clinic doctor:
- Standard Delivery: Expected within 3 working days
- Same-Day Delivery: Additional $25.00
- Self Pick-Up: Available based on schedule; please contact our support team via WhatsApp to coordinate.
Delivery Schedule
Delivery times may vary depending on location and order type. Orders made after 4pm or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
In accordance with the Healthcare Services Act (HCSA), all first-time orders require a video consultation. Orders are only processed after the doctor has confirmed clinical approval.

Dr. Bosty Chan

Co-Founder of Sire
Dr Bosty Chan is a Telemedicine specialist and general practitioner. He did his medical training in the United Kingdom, Aberdeen, before returning to Singapore in 2016 as a Ministry of Health Sponsorship recipient. He was attached to a wide range of specialties in all the major hospitals in Singapore. He developed a strong interest in surgical training, and obtained his Membership at the Royal College of Surgeon (MRCS) in Edinburgh in 2018.
Dr Bosty has pride himself as a clinician-innovator. He left the public service in 2020 to establish Cloud Health, a dedicated digital health and telemedicine service in Singapore. He believes that healthcare is going through a digital transformation, and along with his Co-Founder, Hazel, is building the future for healthcare online.
