Same Day Delivery
– Consult before 1pm: Deliver by 10pm
– Consult after 1pm: Deliver by 5pm next day

Next day delivery
– Consult before 1pm: Deliver by 5pm next day
– Consult after 1pm: Deliver by 5pm following day

General delivery policy:
– Delivery days from Mondays to Friday, and up to 12pm on Saturday.
– There are no deliveries on Sundays and PH.

Follow-up consultation ($12) required in the following scenarios:
– Last consultation was more than 6 months
– Health conditions requiring closer attention
– Change in medications
– Bulk or special orders

Our medical team reserve the rights to request for an early review

Medications
– No refunds after order status is “on delivery”
– Full refund if cancellation is before dispatch
– Any disputes to be raised within 7 days of receipt.

Labs tests
– 50% refund for cancellations within 30 days from payment (including day of payment).
– We are unable to accept cancellations for completed tests.
– Tests may be utilized within 365 days from date of purchase (excl. Semen Analysis)
