Standard Delivery (Free): Within 3 working days.

Same-Day Delivery (Charges Apply):

• Consult before 4pm: Deliver by 10pm.
• Consult after 4pm: Deliver the following day.

Self-Pickup / Urgent Delivery (Charges Apply):

• For urgent self-pickup, choose the Same-Day add-on.
• The Same-Day add-on includes expedited processing, doctor’s approval, dispensing, and prioritizes your order. (Applies to both delivery and self-pickup).

Delivery Policy:

• Delivery days are from Mondays to Fridays.
• No deliveries on weekends and Public Holidays till further notice (inclusive of same-day delivery)

Follow-up consultation ($12) required in the following scenarios:
– Last consultation was more than 6 months
– Health conditions requiring closer attention
– Change in medications
– Bulk or special orders

Our medical team reserve the rights to request for an early review

Medications
– No refunds after order status is “on delivery”
– Full refund if cancellation is before dispatch
– Any disputes to be raised within 7 days of receipt.

Labs tests
– 50% refund for cancellations within 30 days from payment (including day of payment).
– We are unable to accept cancellations for completed tests.
– Tests may be utilized within 365 days from date of purchase (excl. Semen Analysis)

Consultations
– No refunds after consultations
